General
The following terms of sale, delivery, and payment apply to Duurzaam Managen B.V. for the book and e-book Duurzaam Managen/ Sustainable Management. All rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements to which these terms and conditions apply, as well as these terms and conditions, are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The listed prices for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
If you place and pay for your order via iDEAL before 1:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
If you have contacted us via the contact form or by email regarding the purchase of a large edition of books on account, we will inform you by email about your order and shipment.
DELIVERY
The stated delivery times are indicative. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation. Products will be delivered at the location and time they are ready for shipment.
RETOUREN
If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 business days of receiving your order. Please notify us of your return in advance by emailing us at mail@duurzaammanagen.nl, clearly stating your details and order number.

After receiving the returned shipment, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days by Duurzaam Managen B.V., provided the products have not been used and are carefully packed for shipping.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, Duurzaam Managen B.V. has the right, at its discretion, to suspend the execution of an order or to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention by giving written notice and without Duurzaam Managen B.V. being liable for any damages, unless this would be unacceptable under the circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Force majeure means any failure that cannot be attributed to Duurzaam Managen B.V. because it is not its fault and is not its responsibility under the law, legal act, or prevailing opinion.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
All personal data will be used exclusively by Duurzaam Managen B.V. and will never be made available to third parties, unless necessary for payment transactions, order delivery, and the provision of services.
LIABILITY
The content of this site has been compiled with the utmost care, but no guarantees can be given regarding the nature or content of the information on this site.
Duurzaam Managen B.V. is not liable for the consequences of using this information or information on any site linked to or from this site.
PRICE CHANGES
Duurzaam Managen B.V. expressly reserves the right to change prices, particularly when required by (legal) regulations.

If Duurzaam Managen B.V. allows deviations from these terms and conditions, either tacitly or explicitly, for a short or long period of time, this does not affect its right to subsequently demand immediate and strict compliance with these terms and conditions. No right can be asserted based on the fact that Duurzaam Managen B.V. applies these terms and conditions flexibly.
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions or any other agreement with Duurzaam Managen B.V. conflict with any applicable legal provision, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a new, legally permissible, comparable provision to be determined by Duurzaam Managen B.V.
